Hastelloy B2 Needle Valves are made from a nickel-molybdenum alloy with 69% nickel and 28% molybdenum. They provide excellent resistance to hydrochloric, sulfuric and phosphoric acids. Mechanical properties include 110 ksi tensile strength, 51 ksi yield strength, and 40% elongation. These valves work well at temperatures up to 1000°F. Their benefits include resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking and environmental mitigation, making them ideal for the chemical processing, power generation and aerospace industries
